I wont be at any unfortunately as i no longer own a fiat

Dont worry about that.. tag along anyway, i might even make a meet or 2 this year and ive never owned an italian motor..

Just to clarify, everyone is welcome and owning a fiat isn't essential, especially at the WCR when we've had different marques on the stand in the past. Cupar is Italian marques only and they do tend to park together but it's not a huge problem and even if folks end up in the public car park it shouldn't stop them from heading over to the FS stand and joining in. The FS gazebo is, after all, the place to be ;)

As for Inverness/Wick, this hasn't been ruled out and there's nothing planned as yet for September/October time. If there's enough interest we might do a weekender and head up north. We could also incorporate catching the ferry over to Orkney for some great driving roads as has also been suggested. It is down to how many people would like to do sort of trip though

Would there be any appetite for an Aberdeenshire meet during the year? Happy to suggest the museum as we could park on the paddock then do a visit of the museum. Plenty good photo opps and eateries near by.

May even be able to do a nice road run if there's interest?

Sorry about being away for a while, been trying to locate other car shows that we could possibly join in with but with no luck as of yet, but some will hopefully crop up sometime! Been looking at various different types of events, especially the possibilities of selkirk rally but they dont like the new stuff to be on show according to them.

Any other news and I'll keep you guys posted!

Soz not been on in a while.. Lost mobile in the snow during a high pace epic sledging moment.. Phone found and back online :) got a few things planned for the GP so will make sure shes ready for as many FS events.. Looking forward to WCR :)

Good to see you back cliodejaniero :)

Folks, sorry we're a tad quiet at the moment - it's a combination of the site going down and a few of us being very busy work-wise. Events are still going ahead though and we'd appreciate it if those of you over on the west side of the country could start thinking about what you'd like to do for the Glasgow meet. In the past we've done bowling and/or gone for a drive however we're open to options.

Heads up folks, the actual date for SICD is the 24th and not the last Sunday in May. Venue is the same as last year.

An official thread with all the details for the show and the usual attendance list will go up later

We're aiming to hold a few mini meets before the end of the year. One will definitely be in Dundee as that's an easy distance for a lot of folks to get to and we're going to try and hold one in Aberdeen too. Is there anywhere else you'd like to have one and also what would you like to do? Format has usually included food and a drive but we've also been known to go 10-pin bowling and do other stuff. It's about what you all want to do as much as anything

Over to you all for suggestions
