Fix-it meet - Yellow, 21st Feb 2015

Pigging sodding weather can't be trusted to stick to what it says it's going to do irked.gif[/attachment:2nixo34o]

Texted everyone yesterday to cancel as the forecast for today was sleety showers. This morning it's blue sky and sunshine with no showers until after 5pm. Oh well, I'll maybe get on with clearing the mould out of Yellow.

We're going to aim for sometime later in March for the next fix-it meet, either the 21st/22nd or 28th/29th depending on who's available

Attempt number 2 at a fix-it meet is for next Saturday the 25th April in Ellon. As in the OP the aim is to get Yellow road legal in time for show season. Everyone is welcome but please give me fair warning of your attendance because if the weather is as good as today we'll have a bbq so I will need to know numbers for catering

Cheers

It's going to be a real all round fix-it meet this Saturday as we can add changing a rear bulb on the punto to the list. Hopefully a straightforward job that I can do on my own but knowing my car it's probably going to be a total bitch to remove the light cluster irked.gif[/attachment:3jkzl353]

Let's hope the 20-year old panda is behaving itself or there'll be no time at all for poor Yellow

Unfortunately no further forward as we had to cancel the fix-it meet. It was for the best as marti155 ended up on call and my bro-in-law was working on the house again so not ideal to have it all going on at once.

I did manage to sort out my brake light though and thankfully the annoying little orange triangle on the dashboard has gone away without needing to be plugged into a computer to clear it. Thank feck cos it was annoying me :D
