you know the stuff - that stuff the dealer tries to sell as some magic protection for your car that they can spray or wax? on that somehow costs hundreds of pounds.. it sounds like such utter bullsheet to me that ive never even contemplated or had any interest in it... (like when currys try to sell you tungsten carbide gold plated HDMI cables for your new tv for hundreds of pounds 'cause they are much better') .. anyway - from people I know that have this stuff applied to their cars, dont they get some kind of certificate or 'something' ? as proof that somethings been done ?
my @ss hole dealer gave me 'free' paint protection (cant remember what he said it was called ... a+ ? a4x ? ) after I was shoddily dealt with through the course of my new car purchase. his only 'proof' that this was done was "just feel that" ... getting me to feel how silky smooth the paint was ... I though "yeah its been washed and waxed" ..
I have no other evidence anything was ever done - I kinda never wanted that rubbish in the first place, but its the principle that counts.
