Technical Speedo problem Punto MK1 TD 1.7

Hello to all crew,first sorry for bad english since im not native.
I have some problem for long time,on my instrument cluster all works fine,except
the speed im driving, and the miles/kilometers,and meters the.
Already change instrument cluster (have 3 of them,same model).
Already check the plug with 3 wires,is good and conected.
Already change the speedo sensor in gearbox i leave the image attached.
Checked the fusibles seems all is ok.
What shall i check more? any relay?

what age is your Punto.. ?
it may be that there are different model specifications.. over the 3 or 4 years of the 1.7..,

usually its speed sensor or that sprocket below on your pic, but you have changed that and it still doesnt work, i would check sensor wiring

hello,i change the sensor plus sprocket.
The sensor wiring seems ok and the plug i think its correctly conected,it have 3 wires.
The sprocket have any special way to fit on gear?is required to dismantle the gear?maybee inside gear exist some other plastic piece?

dont know about diesel but on petrol its like this
remove speed sensor and spin driveshaft, you should see that sprocket spin if it works
