There is a facebook Mk1 owners group and there are usually a few people breaking cars on their, its worth a try. I am not sure anyone makes pattern panels for mk1s now,
There’s a silver one on eBay, think it’s a genuine one which might fit better than a pattern one

Hi just in case I did find this company, who sell pattern body panels who list a front wing for the mk1 Punto.
Or if you use Facebook at all, I've turned up some new genuine Fiat parts or used ones before on Facebook marketplace with a bit of searching.
