Technical Speedo/dash not working

Hey, I’ve recently changed the battery on my 09 GP and all was fine for a few days. I then went to drive and all my dash was dead the only thing that was on was the headlight symbol nothing else now is there an easy fix to this or is it the case of a new dash? I’ve checked all fuses and all are fine

I'd start by connecting MultiEcuScan or AlfaOBD and check for errors.

When you turn the ignition on now, are there any other lights on? charging? oil pressure? handbrake if you engage it?

Can you post a real photo?

Perhaps it's the illumination which is no longer working and not the dash. Just a thought only...

Nothing at all apart from headlight symbol is working, no other lights illuminate

This is when I have the car running, speedo don’t move whatsoever, the indicators work but nothing shows on the dash also no sound when in use
