Song stuck in my head, can't name it!!

Hi,

I have this 90's song stuck in my head which my kids keep asking "What are you singing?"

It was someone like Charles and Eddie but not them??

Anyway, we used to sing it when changing rooms was on TV.

"Handy Andy, kiss me kiss me, Handy Andy, Squeeze me squeeze me. Handy Any Kiss me kiss me, Handy Andy kiss and caress me"

The words weren't Handy Andy hence no joy from google.

Anyone know to put me out of my misery??

Whenever searching for a song it's always best to get a line you know for sure like "kiss and caress me" and then pop that in google in quotation marks followed by the word lyrics Obviously it can't be some very generic line like "I love you" or something like that which will be in thousands of songs.
