Technical signaling lever broke

Hello, i have a fiat punto mk2 and my signaling lever doesnt stay signaling while signaling right, i have to hold it with my hand, for left signals it stay and jumps after the turn, when turning the wheel
is there any repairs i can do or i have to replace the whole column with wiper lever aswell?
the explanation might be vague but i dont know how to explain it better
