If this is a Mark 2, (mpi) Seicento. there is (to my knowlege) no chip available. You might find someone capable of doing a OBD Remap. You could try these people:

Just do it, you will find the little honey transformed. Ressponse is quicker, top speed is up by 8 mph and the torque is improved. As if this was not enough, the mpg is better by more than ten per-cent. Economy always depends on how you drive and where you drive, mine is significantly improved.
My car has benefitted by a Superchip easing of its restrictions. I guess that the Evolution chip would work as well, it just happens that the workshop which has been good to me for twenty years is an agent for Suoerchip. Total cost was £234 and that is the best money I have spent on a car.
I was thinking of getting an Alfa Romeo GTV even though the insurance hike per year is more than £234 and the running costs are terrible. You know how it is when you are in love, reason goes out of the window, My Seicento has slipped into something a little more comfortable, lit the candles on a table set for two and I am a happy, and lucky, guy.

If it's MPI it can be remapped (or you could go for an aftermarket ECU). It would be sensible to fit the "other" go faster bits first (P75 cam, GSR intake, decent exhaust, porting, etc.), so whoever remaps it has the best starting point. GSR do a fair few of the MPI cars.
