General Scudu 2.0 Alternator belt help

Hi help needed i have a 2001 2.0jtd and the belt snapped but no matter how i try to put on new on its to slack and i have search the net for pix of belt direction there is nothing so if someone has a pic or can draw it for me i would be extremely grateful

Hi thanks for that but thats a different engine mine has just 1 belt driving everything .

Try looking at an Ebay listing "Fiat Scudo 2.0 Jtd 2000 - 2007 Timing Belt Kit And Water Pump Gates" seller "allcars-online" There is a picture of the belt around the pulleys there...might be the one?

This diagram is for scudo 96/07 2.0 jtd with power steering, the pully marked with the x is the tensioner, put a spanner on this pully and simply pull back against the tension, place belt in place and release.

Go back to scudo menu, "the page that shows all the latest posts" at the top right of the page you will see "page 1,2,3,>,11,last." work up the page numbers from there. Hope this helps
