Starts runs and drives well but when hot, idles badly, Revs drop and rebound alternately gradually getting worse until it stalls. There are NO OBDII codes.

I have done the following:
New Airbox breather hoses
New Airbox to Throttle Body Seal
New Air Filter
New Spark Plugs
New Crank Sensor
New MAP Sensor
Throttle Body removed and Cleaned
Using MultiECUScan: I have reset throttle position sensor and Reset all learned codes

Additionally I have replaced the timing and aux belts using a full locking kit so the timing was not disturbed. The poor idle existed BEFORE the timing belt change anyway.

On YouTube a couple of years back, the Love500 channel guy had this exact same problem. He had had already replaced the inlet manifold, the throttle body, the knock sensor and the camshaft position sensor, none of which fixed the problem and it was only finally fixed by his MOT station resetting something on the ECU but sadly, he didn't say what exactly they reset.

Anybody got any ideas of what they might have done and can I do the same with MES?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Spark plugs are brand new, old ones looked fine, no misfire reported.
I haven't done a compression test yet.
I have done a sniff test which was clear.

What I'm really trying to find out is WHAT did Love500's MOT garage reset on the ECU, that instantly fixed this problem, and can it be repeated on MES?

In the meantime, I will buy a fuel filter because I don't know when it was last changed.

Typecastboy is the screenname on this forum of Paul. The one from the Love500 YouTube video's. This way he gets a warming that he is mentioned.

Why does he need a warning? Is something bad happening to him?

Lost in translation.
Anyhow... I give up🤷‍♂️
You have done nothing, so you have nothing to give up. You needlessly inserted yourself into this thread without any intention of providing any assistance at all. Why would you do that?

You couldn't be more wrong. He's trying to help you by bringing your query to the attention of the chap who made that youtube video.

@A3jeroen 's post#2 is the only thing in this thread right now that's likely to help move you forward with a solution to your problem.
