Re: Reuzoath Nero Mk2 Update thread

Managed to pick up some Forge Motosport Silicone piping So Ill be messing around with the new pipes on my induction kit see what I can come up with :)
No doubt it will work a hell lot better than the Focus.

be like a GSR I imagine :)

Been thinking of getting a Oil catch tank too..

Re: Reuzoath Nero Mk2 Update thread

Ha nice one! How much that costing you?

Cost me £80 collected and most prob be fitting myself in the family friends garage :) so ill have all the tools needed and help from a mechanic :)

I reckon £100 quid after I've Got it fitted etc.. also depends on what condition the disc's and pads are in :)

oh forgot to mention some nice calliper paint so another £15

Not bad! Is the hgt axel actually worth it though? I thought there wasnt enough weight in the back for it to be more effective than regular drums?
Good for looks though! (y)

now you have the oportunity take your time strip everything apart and clean/grease appropriate parts will make it last longer check the bushes also...may aswel get new discs and pads aswel mate it takes same discs as 8v fronts iirc...make new brake pipes with new unions dnt try screw the old ones back on mate...might need new cables aswel :)

good luck mate(y)

Re: Reuzoath Nero Mk2 Update thread

since you will be getting rear disks get bigger fronts.... some 284mm from a bravo will fit straight on and are a very nice addition... eclipse is selling some on here for pretty cheap... definatly message him.

as for effectiveness.... i have rear disks on the seicento. they weigh alot less and they are definatly more effective. easier to maintain aswell so there a win win. you should defo upgrade the fronts aswell though otherwise you may well easily be overbraking the rear and fishtailing

mate i do not think that bravo discs will fit you 8v calipers...will need to change calipers...normally discs sit close to the carrier so larger discs woudnt fit...but im not sure let me know if they do as im interested :)
