You can reset it yourself easily tho

Get yourself a suitable cable for your Version of car off the compatible list and connect - read - delete enjoy

I wouldn't charge another FF member a penny, and I'm sure many others would do the same. Last time I had a fault code read, it cost me £40 to be told what I already knew from the symptoms anyway. For less than that, I've bought all the interfaces and adapter cables to be able to read to a much greater depth than most garages can read, and MultiECUScan is free for the basic version.
