Technical Dim dash lights for 30 secs after ignition off

Some dash lights stay on for 30 seconds after ignitionnoff and I've an airbag light I can't clear with MES...
Is this the classic earth wire on Airbag ecu?
Or unrelated cluster fault?

Know nothing specific related to that issue , but given it's age, has it got an aftermarket radio or alarm system or any other non original electrics? As my be worth disconnecting them to see if fault persists.
