Technical Recently had a accident and when i shift into drive im hearing a grinding noise

Hey everyone first time posting on here. I recently had accident and just had the front right suspension replaced. After this now I drove it around and now im hearing grinding when I go from park and down, the worst noise comes from going into drive. Is something loose or is the transmission messed up? When I start up the car there is a loud clunking noise as well. I took a video of it as well.

Here is how it sounds. Any help would be appreciated
