Technical Rear wiper motor

Hi, I have a 2006 Punto and the rear wiper isn't working. It has a three pin connector. What voltages should I see at each pin, with the wiper on and off? One should be a constant ground, and then 12 volts to the other two depending on if the wiper is turned on or not? Many thanks

First port of call should be the fuse, (my 2005 mk2B handbook says that Fuse 52 in the dashboard fusebox controls just the rear wiper. This is a 15 amp fuse). See pics below.
Worth checking before going too much further.

Thank you I have checked the fuses, and they are both okay
