After very long and torturous chat at autodoc involving you said i said they said I pirchaced wrong rear cables.
The ones that are supposadely right ones cost 26 pounds both from NYC.
We will see if they will be the right ones. Autodoc refused refund! I am very upset with them i ended up having a discount coupon but still i lost 100 pounds plus for mechanic job. Tragedy.

I would advise not using Autodoc as the first pace to look -- they are great when everyone else fails... but there are plenty of good Fiat part suppliers around with next day service and based in the UK that are likely to get it right first time - notably Shop4parts.co.uk who also offer a 10% discount ton paid-up members of this forum. I go nowhere else for Panda bits.

Remember my earlier post -- it is more likely that the adjusters for the brake shoes are faulty, rather than the cable. Others here have explained how a bit falls out that stops the adjuster working, or that the adjusters simply seize up.

I think ajusters and all springs are all replaced before.
I will check shop4parts. I used them only for bolts and i am not sure how good they are. They seem more expensive though. For example the cables are 3 time more. I have the nyc cable for 14 pounds now and the one at shop4parts are 54.
Also up until now autodoc could have told me the oem number without me looking for it and removing the part which is ginormous help

More expensive maybe, but genuine parts or very good OE equivalents. Generally cheaper than EuroCarParts for most items too.
With things like the brakes -- which your life depends on -- I'd rather use a dedicated Fiat specialist than a shop front to an unknown supplier of parts...

And they too will tell you the part numbers and confirm against your registration or chassis number using the genuine Fiat complete parts catalogue, called ePER

Autodoc are very famous in Germany. I have a manager of amazon flex in Kioln and he says its like Euro Car parts in UK.
But i tell him there is no comparison for me. Autodoc till now was A tier Euro Car parts F at best.
Euro car parts have given me wrong parts many times and they dont ask for vin number. Once it was right box with wrong oil filter. Another wrong bulb in right box.
Nyc are also very know supplier. So are linex they are A quality. I can not afford to buy the overpriced products from uk. Linex and NYC i think both have factories in Germany hence the price reduction. Its not because of quality in my opponion.
I have to give Autodoc more chances. Lets pray the right cables are coming and that will fix the issue along with the two other things i will change

In addition we need to bleed break fluid rear if we change cilinders too right?

An update. We ended up not changing the wheel cilinders due to pressure from mehanic.
Only changed the cables. Turns out one bend fixing was missing and he had used a cable tie to fix it before. We used now an improvised rubber fixing to bend it approximate to specs and now cables come even at the end of the handle break. Now the hand break feels very safe and fixes the car even on slopes. We can not move it.
Before it felt like a spring and it was very unreliable.
We changed the front break pads too and disks which was very worn out. Turns out one side's worn out more then other, so we agreed to change front calipers first next time as may be why car lean a tiny bit sometimes when i hit the breaks.
But i am happy with what we have done and i will file a claim with autodoc. Will see what will happen. I attach some of the proof i will send.
