Technical Qubo Tailgate query.

Hi! Going to check out a Qubo tomorrow. Decent price, but it's got split rear doors like the van. Looking to change this for a tailgate- better for my microcampervan conversion.
Is this possible / costly. Any advice is great!!

Thanks. The technical bit I'd a bit beyond me, so waiting for garages to get back to me live rurally so there's not so many mechanics with Fiat knowledge about .. really apreciate your thoughts
