Hi all,
Thanks for letting me join the forum. I live in the south of France but am English.
I am intending to buy a barchetta in the near future to take on classic car events.
I am presently researching common problems with the cars and also viewing cars for sale within a 200 km radius.
I am ideally looking for a 1996 model with all the factory options in ready to show condition.
Any information and guidance you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Mick

Welcome to the forum. That sounds like a fun project. The forum has different forum areas for each model. Have a look at teh Barchetta forum and you will get a mine of knowledge. Have fun looking, I hope you find a great one soon.

Have just brought a 1999 in red with only 25000km on it. Have verified that the kilometrage is genuine and so am really looking forward to picking it up next week.
The only thing I have noticed is that the rear suspension is really harsh. Am thinking of changing the shock absorbers and springs as they are relatively cheap and hoping that will help.

Any thoughts or advice greatly appreciated
