Technical Phase sensor

Hi, I have the injection light on and a error
82 phase sensor, no signal. Value to low
The car runs fine, is the phase sensor the camshaft sensor and am I right in thinking you need to take the cambelt off to change it

Hi I belive my cam sensor has gone as iam getting a code for phase problem. Can the sensor be replaced without removing the cambelt? thanks phill
