Technical Parking assist unavailable +check power steering

Hello, I have a weird issue with my Tipo 1.6 mjet 2016, during the drive it randomly starts showing -park assist unavailable and after few minutes It shows Check power steering- then the power steering stop working, moreover when I switch ignition off, engine is still running, and I can't roll windows down, but other things work.
Do you have any experience what is the issue?

This sounds like it could be battery related if it still has the original battery still as the electric dual drive power steering runs off the battery & relies heavily on the battery to work properly so any voltage drop in the battery will affect the steering, if it is the battery failing only replace with a well known reputable brand such as Varta, Bosch or Yuasa etc as really poorly made cheap battery's do not last long before the issue returns or it could be a bad earth with either a corroded or completely snapped earth strap, I'm not sure whereabouts on the Tipo the earth strap would be though as I've never owned one.
