So, the 100hp's Pandamonium pack...

Are the wheels 'smoked' ie darker grey than standard or not.

My dealer says they aren't and contacted FIAT to confirm this. Later I spoke to FIAT and they told me they were.

But I have seen a 100hp with smoked wheels. I am confused.

Anyone any ideas?

Some of these dealers seem to know absolutely nothing about their product.
The manager at our local dealer (SGM) had not even heard of the pandamonium kit and looked at me as if I was some sort of nutter when I mentioned it.

well, i spoke to FIAT again yesterday and they confirmed that the wheels are not the smoked colour on the pandamonium pack. they are standard silver.

i can only think that they have stopped doing them. which is odd as the price of the pandamonium pack has just gone up!

Well All I can say is that mine are smoked chrome and came with the car from day one. I think the contents of the Pandamonium kit are a bit vague. before I got mine I read that it included special mats and sports pedals, neither of which were the case. I had to ask for the mats which were the bog standard Panda mats. I think they make it up as the go along.

I thought it was siver wing mirrors, pinstripe, red calipers and the elusive dark wheels?

so if the wheels aren't dark, effectively you're paying £350 for some paint and vinyl!

i believe the price is £200 (ish) but never the less its still a bit strong for a pinstripe, doors mirrors and painted calipers. especially as i didn't want the stripe or the mirrors.

i would have probably gone for it had the wheels been chrome, as they do look good, but i'll make do without. i'll get the stereo upgrade instead!

the 'special' mats were not even mentioned.

Hmm well unless Fiat have changed whats included i think they are talking rubbish there fella lol, deffo a sort of shadow chrome (painted black first and then dusted with silver)and they have been on EVERY pandamonium i've seen and i've never seen them on a normal one. Besides i know they still make them as i only bought one about 2 weeks ago after kerbing one of mine!! one new wheel £190 later.. In my opinion this pack makes a big big difference to the car, so i'd percevere and buy it if you can.

Btw i paid £100 for the pp on mine

this gets more and more mysterious. i agree the wheels do make a big difference and worth the money - especially £100 for the p-pack!

i will make even more enquiries!

cheers, richie

i worked in fiat sales and can confirm that the pandemonium wheels are darker than standard.
