General Panda classic door hinge

Stuck. On install of my drivers door on panda classic 1990
Can't get bottom hinge bolts to line up
Any ideas

Is it the original door or a replacement, as often previous damage may have been "corrected" without adjusting hinges.
In the past it was not unusual to put a garage jack and a block of wood under the door to "correct" worn hinge pins.
I assume both hinges are slackened right off to get maximum travel to assist fitting?
