Hi Guys
anyone done a clutch replacement on the 1.6 engin with Hydrolic mech ? any one with a w/shop manual with the proceedure ?

you mean the Clutch Disc / Pad ?

I've just changed mine in the 1.2 Palio 2 .
I don't think you should do it yourself as it took the mechanic about 4 hours to just take off piles of stuff ( battery - right wheel - etc etc ) to reach the clutch

but installing it itself is easy .

use these manuals they are for the bravo but they share the same engine, use the manuals for the mark 2 bravo.
