2020 Fiat Ducato 2.3D

Hi was driving today and went round a right hand bend and got a warning insufficient oil pressure so i stopped let it cool down and checked the oil and was fine. First thought oil pressure switch faulty. Then around 45 minutes of motorway driving back home EML light came on and van went into Limp mode restricted power.

I plugged it in and got the fault code P1541-22 Variable Displacement Oil Pump Pressure Stuck - Signal Amplitude Minimum.

Anyone had this issue Could it be the oil pump on its way out?

Any pointers would be appreciated

Sounds like a sensor issue.

Are you certain the correct oil is in there?

Can you see any values to the oil pressure in your scanner?

Heres the diagnosis sheet not very explicit, no terminal ids or location of pump.
note there is conflict with your scan tool
P1541-22 Variable Displacement Oil Pump Pressure Stuck - Signal Amplitude Maximum.
P1541-21 Variable Displacement Oil Pump Pressure Stuck - Signal Amplitude Minimum.
