General optional 3rd year dealer warrenty

Hi all just got our bravo mjet 150 sport and I have found when reading the bumph that the 3rd year is a free optional extra if the previous owner took it out upto 60K miles but there is no warranty validation card to prove that it was taken out and the garage says I have all paperwork concerning the car

also can I transfer the remaining AA assurance over to us as its supposedly good for 1yr from registration which would be next march

any help much appreciated

The AA goes with the car. Warranty for 3rd year should also be with the car, however I believe you have to register for it, send your 2nd/3rd owner forms off (found in service book).
