Hi. Some oil leaks bother me recently. It's the area around oil cooler but the oil came down from above. Oil filter cap is dry. I saw that the whole unit i connected to the engine with a nut not a gasket. So started to suspect this nut and its rubber rings

Its oiled around it. Tried unscrew with a normal wrench without success. Did anyone successfully unscrew it without more disassemble? Oil cooler gasket is already replaced and I don't think its faulty. I'm loosing only oil, coolant doesn't dissappear.

Yes, the bolt in the photo has orings, which can sometimes crack and cause leaks. Yes, I’ve replaced them, and everything should unscrew without problems. Actually, I would recommend washing everything there to be sure where the oil leak is coming from. And where did you get the gasket for the cooler from? I’m looking for one myself

It's a small rachet, but yes, it's my mistake, I overtightened the bolts a little

ive tried with this one because have no room for ratched. Pushed with all the strength I have but nothing. Its normal thread not reversed, right?

Do you mean this bolt? Yes, tighten it with whatever is convenient, snug it, but don’t overtighten… trust me, everything will hold. The main thing is to choose the right O-ring.

Did you succeeded with this one? Seems it needs some professional hex key to undo. Simply doesn't move. Do i need to remove catalyst cover 🙄
