Technical Oil Breather Hose / Pipe - Help?!

Hello forum!

Wifes car is a 2008 Bravo 1.9D.
Ive located an issue on the car, a, what I think is a oil breather hose (see picture). Can any of you kind folks advise the part number so I may get a replacement, its in like a 'U' shape. The current hose is complete split.

If you don't have your VIN to hand use the Model Wizard.

Is the breather hose a straight pipe bent into a U-shape (no side joints with other pipes)? Just thinking that if you can't find the part number you could buy a length of oil resistant / silicone hose of the same internal diameter from a motor factors or online and use that as a replacement.

Where does the other end (left side) of the metal pipe connect to?
Where does the other end of the U shaped hose connect to?
