No voice on navman

Hi guys

have a navman f20 and the voice has disappeared. Reset the unit several times and made sure volume on and its not muted on the actions screen.

Spoke with navman, went through some menus that I was unaware of and a new speaker required at £80.

Bought the Navigon well reviewed at £69.99 at Halfords.
