Technical Nipple on radiator leaking.

Hi Guys
I have a leak from the radiator, I’ve pin pointed it to the nipple ringed in red, should this have a little rubber cover over it? Like the the one on the filler neck with clip?
If so what’s it called and where can I purchase please!

I just used Epoxy and a stainless 6mm bolt, then found the blanking piece in the box with the new radiator by then firmly glued in place

if you dont have the cover /blanking plug a blob of instant gasket or wrapping a little PTFE tape around it can work!.

I had a new radiatore for my old Alfa 155 once, that had an extra nipple like this.. but no blanking pieces etc. in the box.

I plugged the hole with a self-tapping screw and a load of silicone gasket around it.
