Punto (Mk2/2b) New to website need some help???

Fan heater control switch only works in position 4 bought 2more switches off net but still have same problem can anyone help any info would be greatful cheers

Hi and WELCOME TO THE FORUM :wave:

The symptom you are describing is classic for a failed resistor pack rather than a faulty control knob.

The resistor pack is located down by the fan motor in the passenger foot well. Check the wiring to it first as the connector is known to melt. But chances are a new resistorpack will fix your problem
