As I live in the Highlands of Scotland on dark rural roads I decided to fit a pair of flood lights.
I didn’t want anything too in your face so these 3.2” Hella Black Magic were ideal.

All properly wired with the kit that comes with it. Taken the relay signal from the high beam so they come on with them (yes I know officially they are off road only)
Going to wire a dashboard switch so they can be turned off from inside if need be.

Difference is amazing.

They look great. My sister lives in the highlands and has these on her car too. Helps to see some of that large wildlife coming. Were they easy to fit? I’ve seen people fit them up on top of the bonnet hinges as well but not sure how they don’t get in the way of opening.

I used a numberplate spot light bracket so they bolt on top of it. All very simple. Took a morning including wiring
