Left school and started a city and guilds level 3 motor vehicle technology apprenticeship with the local BMW dealership and after getting qualified I fancied a change and my family has been involved in clubman Motorsports for 3 generations using a lot of lightweight Italian cars and I'd Been into fiat lancia and Alfa for about 20 years, hill climb racing stage rally's and the occasional time attack event so I worked in the Alfa Romeo dealership workshop progressing to master tech and my dad and his brother started their own automotive business and I was offered a 3rd stake in the venture so that is what I have been doing since. Currently my daily driver is a Grande Punto 1.4 tjet originally a 120bhp model it's had the hardware from higher spec models and now it makes about 210/220bhp which is pretty much the Ideal balance between performance and not drawing unwanted attention and it's only for me to get to and from work.
I'm not much of an interweb guy cos I'm always working but I like the look of this forum and there's a lot of good information for all levels of ability so if you have any problems you think I can help with just give me a shout

It definitely surprises plenty of people in cars like type R civic n/a and cliosport 182, and the whole thing stands me in £2g, car had an overheating problem when I bought it so I got it for 600 quid replaced the stat and problem solved lol it's in pretty good shape for the age and I can't think of anything more fun for the money, I'll post some pics when I get home from work
