General Needed urgently Brake servo for Fiat Ducato 1988 2ltr

Hi All we have a majestic Fiat Ducato 1988 2ltr, he is amazing and done us proud over the last few years. Unfortunately we heard a noise coming from the brakes and took it into our garage here in Devon and the diagnosis is that it needs a new Brake Servo, we have searched the globe and just cant find one. can anyone advise if their is one out there or can the one i have be reconditioned and if so who can i contact- please help
