Hi Folks
I have a 2023 ducato maxi euro 6d final series 9.Every now and then while driving an audible prompt sounds3 times with no apparent corresponding dashboard warning.It seems to happen randomely and I would be grateful for any suggestions as to what it might be.

Check the habitation circuit. Could be domestic alarm if not turned off when engine started.
Maybe in user manual you'll find a 3 beep alarm.

Just a quick note here . If this is a motorhome , with a electric retractable step , check that circuit . Older vans have an alert , which sounds if the engine is started , with the step extended . I see no reason why a newer vehicle would not have the same . Mine has exactly that , but it is a constant tone , which will only silence once the step has been retracted .
Couple of other thoughts , from what your describing , it does sound like some kind of random warning , similar to a no seat belt warning , or lane separation system . A particular qurk on modern vehicles , where it's deemed necessary to tell the driver he has passed over the road centre line . However , It is usually backed up with a dashboard warning to show the offending side . But i'm afraid that's as far as i can go , my van is a 2000 , and i don't have any of this stuff , so i really can't help any further than those three thoughts .

I occasionally get that, a soft "beep beep beep", on a 2022 Ducato Maxi which definitely comes from the dashboard but with no indicated warnings. It's so random and infrequent that I've been unable to determine the cause.

Check through all the alert settings in your radio if you have the factory navigation system. I had similar beeps from the dashboard in my 2026 van with VP2 radio/nav when it was new, which I eventually tracked down to a setting in the navigation system alerts. I can't remember exactly which setting it was now though, possibly a speed camera or safety warning notification.
