Yes,i am from China.
But i think i can't help you. Because there are only FIAT Palio 1.3/1.5 model sold in China. I also have service manual, but it is Chinese edition. Do you know any Chinese?

No,my car is private car. That big door sticker is a Chinese words. It means thick and strong.
