a little update. ive just bought some MK2b rear lights. i couldnt get a pair anywhere so ive had to buy the passenger side off one guy and the drivers side off someone else, pain in the arse and its probably cost me more in the end. the worst part is i emailed someone about a mk2b he was breaking so i asked how much for the lights but he never got back to me, so i paid for the two lights seperately they've been posted and now the fella just emailed me sayin £17 for the pair inc post! ive just paid £43 :mad: im not happy to say the least lol but im gonna keep the ones ive bought because its less hassle. i'll get pics up once they arrive

i dunkno y u lot like mk2b rear lights so much, i hate mine lol i wudda given u mine for free cos iv got spares next door in garage
 
Heey. Done a few small things in the last few days. As i said the other day i bought some MK2b rear lights, these are now fitted and i love them. Even by dad said they look alot better, i dont know if thats a good thing or not though? Lol. Ive also put some stickers on the back window, i think it looks quite cool, but probably wont be to everyones taste but hey its my car my mods. my rules :) Ive also fitted my £7 6x9s and my little 10cm speakers, i put them all on the back shelf looks good and the quality is decent, may get an amp for them in the future. That metal bar is a ballache underneath the shelf but as i discovered when i cut the carpet off, its actually only held on with some crappy plastic brackets, so that made life alot easier. Heres a few pics :)

so it looks like ive got a new set of wheels. they aint euro like i said id get but i really like them and think they will look ace on the car when its lowered. they are abarth claws in black, people might of seen them in the classifieds? cant wait til i get them now :) so if anyone has some abarth centre caps lying around let me know. thinking of painting the wheel nuts red if i get the centre caps?

so ive had my new alloys, had a bit of trouble with ****yLink delivering 3 of them one day and then bit of bother trying to find the 4th but got it in the end. they're Abarth claws in black, 3 of them were sprayed but one needed finishing off, it was half sanded so i spent a few hours sanding it all back yesterday and then i gave it one coat of primer, just about had enough so need some more of that. hoping to get the black paint and lacquer next week and tyres aswell.

ive also ordered some 8mm spacers and bolts which ill stick on when the wheels are ready to go, i got them from Richie Guy off the forum :) And ive also bought some Abarth centre caps from Partsworld. Ordered a new set of wipers which the car was desperate for, got some aero flat ones. thats all for the moment, but work is picking up again so im hoping to get some coilies in the next few weeks then some Abarth skirts and maybe sporting spoiler? hmm...

forget the spoiler , its just more weight on your car, spoilers dont even go into effect untill your going 120mph + its just adding weight to your car, but i guess if your going for looks not speed upgrades id get one like on the mk2b keep it small

i wouldnt, mk2b rear lights look alot better than standard mk2 , my idea would be tint spray the mk2b lights and if you dont like the look go back to your old 1s
 
well i was thinking of just blacking the old ones out to go with the black wheels, a kinda dark/stealthy look. but i do like the 2b lights though lol might just black the old ones out see what happens and what i think. oh i removed that horrendous "i love my fiat" sticker earlier on, i thought i liked it but it just really started annoying me so ripped it off

wassup. yesterday i went to halfords to get supplies, didnt get everything i wanted becaue theyre useless and didnt have all the gear i wanted, but i got my primer and paint for the wheels, id decided before hand that im going spray the wheel bolts red, thought it would look pretty cool with the black wheels and the red abarth centre caps, so ive just primed the last wheel and sprayed all the bolts red. The red colour is awesome, now im thinking maybe spraying the wheels red??? 3 wheels are black and one is primed ready, should i do a tester on the last wheel? or just go with the black? whats peoples thoughts???
