Technical Multipla parking radar unit - are they all compatible ?

Hello everyone,
I have a phase one (2000) Multipla and the parking radar unit no longer functions. Does anyone know if units from other Fiats and / or other Multiplas are compatible.

I found that there were two part numbers for this module: 46555999 and later 51762249 . Dont know if they are compatible, but only appears in Multipla

I did manage to get a second hand 46555999 and it works, but now I found the beeper no longer functions - I got a VW version which, after the tender ministrations of a stanley knife on the connector block, was connected, but the beep is so weak (why?) that you can hardly hear it !!! The replacement number is 46555998 but I can't find it anywhere
