Hello,

Probably a left receiver switched on, like lights, radio, etc. But might be everyting.

The behaviour of the needles on the dash might be the cause or the result of the dead battery.

Charge it properly first. Check if any strange behaviour is still there once the battery is fully charged. Check if the alternator is charging properly (the voltage should be around 14,4 V with engine running and receivers off (especially the ones that need much power, so lights, heating, AC, rear window demisting, etc.).
10,8 V for a longer period of time is deadly for the battery. While charging do not exceed 15,6 V.

After charging the battery, find a battery specialized workshop and ask them to LOAD test it (don't make an electronic health test with a cheap electronic battery tester).

Thank you for your help
I'm surprised that the needles in the dash move even though the key is not inserted into the car's frame. Can be this caused for dead battery?

Nowaday cars are computers on wheels :)

FYI, that's how a 2006 Ducato model BCM (Body Control Module) looks like on the inside:

It's what inside the cab fusebox :D And that's only the BCM, there are like 5 or 6 other modules like that in a 20 years old car. Engine, dash, airbag, ABS, etc. The cars from the 2020's have even more of them ;)

The strange dash behaviour might be parasitic voltage, migth be a short circuit somewhere including the BCM. Further diagnosis would be needed.

The BCM might be trying to initialize itself because voltage was too low and perhaps it was trying to display some kind of error... Difficult to say at this time. Charge the battery first.

Thanks for your help buddy i appreciate that
i will charge battery and i will and i will inform iff it was some bigger problem or just dead battery caused that
Good night:) i hope no body steal something in my car because and doors are open only the door of driver is closed 🤣🤣

Thank you good night

Hello, I charged the battery and it was just like you said. Apparently I forgot to turn on the lights and the battery is dead.I bought a new one for safety but I wanted to know if you have any information about the buttons on the steering wheel because they haven't worked for a while and do you have any info on how much they might cost to fix?

Great that by charging the battery you were able to start the car.

Remember to charge the other battery every 3 to 6 months in order to keep it in good shape. And not to keep it in direct sunlight nor freezing temperatures :)

For the steering wheel buttons, can you post a photo of the radio?

Sure 🙂

So, multiecuscan allows testing the buttons.

However I don't know how to program them. However it the car was equipped with it from the factory, they should work with no extra programming needed. Unless they have been retrofitted later, or something is broken.

Attached the eLearn doc on the hifinav radio (it looks different), but I couldn't find the steering wheel buttons in another radio model.

That shall allow you to diagnostic the connections.
