It is the second MOT on my project car this Wednesday. I bought it cheaply with a lot of damage and repairs required, and i've learnt most of what I know from fixing it up. I can do most things on a punto these days. I couldn't rebuild the engine block or tough stuff like that, but there'd be no point doing that anyway. I'm pretty slow with it all, but there's no rush.
As for this MOT, the exhaust has a minor leak, and one of the tyres is borderline. My guess is that both of those things aren't taking it into fail territory, but its hard to tell for sure. The only advisory I had last year was for general underbody corrosion, there's nothing terrible I can see rust wise, and indeed no change from last year.
