General Mk2b different instrument clusters

I have seen instrument cluster with external temp in some Punto. I have instrument cluster with only odometer, clock and headlight height adjustment on my Punto 60 from year 2004.
Is it possible to change cluster and have external temp showing?

After your question here I researched this a bit. The outside sensor fits into a hole in the bottom of one of the outside mirrors. But altogether it does not seem to be a very reliable system. I expect you are going to need the body computer and the matching ECU.
