Technical MK1 4x4 Tire Pressures?

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all enjoying this rather nice Spring Sunday afternoon? I have a very quick question relating to my 4x4: I don't have the manual, so am unable to ascertain correct front and rear loaded/unloaded tire pressures... I'd be eternally grateful if someone could post them below this?!

29PSI all round, also I believe your 4x4 is a Mk2 iirc
