Hi ive got a mk2 punto but i cant find cabin/ pollen filter, ive tried both sides and removed panels but no signs of the monster. See pics too.
Any ideas

Also the bolts for my airbox just turn and turn, they wont come off at all. see pics
any advice?

maybe im ignorant.
does this count as air conditioning? or just air blowing

If one of the three bolts just turns, it's because the threaded insert has come loose from the bottom half. I bet it's the one to the left... You'll have to deal with it at some point. But if you just want to replace the air filter, remove all the small screws on top of air box. They are hi-lo screws for plastic.
 
As said None A/C cars - come WITHOUT pollen filters

I cant see the AC pump so that that

As for airbox bolts (as in the 2x 13mm that hold it into place)
Its not uncommon for a air ratchet to snap the plastic or rip the inserts out im affraid

Teasing the bolts UP with a screwdriver while spinning them should allow removal
