Hi all. I have a 2013 with flashing mileage and battery drain, I did a parasitic test and turned out fuse 36 was the culprit, this runs the radio, climate control and obd port. I also took the module from behind the rear seat out and disconnected it, even though my car hasn’t got Bluetooth, could this module still be the problem, I tried to do a proxy alignment but it wouldn’t let me saying , U1733 convergence telematic node l1 and l2, so my main question is, is it this module that’s faulty , or am I looking for a needle in a haystack wiring problem ?

This is munfortunately quite common on the 500. Use the search facility and you will fiond the place in Bradford that can repir the units for sensible money. Also more info. The control module needs diconnecting and the car rebooting afterwrds to pick up the cars can us network (Proxi alignment). Its fixable with a bit of time and effort.
You need someone with the appropriate software (normally Multi ecu scan) to do a proxy alignment which gets all the cars computers in sync!
I have a snap on solus ultra, I’ve done a proxy on this in the past , so thought it would be ok for this one.

Post says you tried to do a proxy alignment !_It does not mention which method you tried ! MES is Fiat specific and likely to give better results!
