Kermit was a 1988 car and had around 20k on the clock, I can't remember exactly. Anyway, it's irrelevant as I no longer own him. Do you reckon the mileage is genuine then Stuart?

Well to be honest going by the condition of body and tightness of the suspension for a 26 year old car I would believe the mileage. It's all lasted to well.
All good then. 
Mine has 49000 miles on it, not bad for a 21 year old car! It only had 36k when i got it.

mine has just under 26k, thought that was quiet good being its 18 years old!
that is quite good going.
In fact this competition should take into account age as you could say that a 2004 car has low mileage at 30k!
I say this as it might give mine a better chance at this competition.

My search for a Panda with a full length sunroof is over!
I picked this up tonight for the grand sum of £300. It's a 1988 Fantasia (carbed, no fuel injection). It's reasonably tidy, but there are a few things needing done, the Fiat badge is missing from the rear, it needs touched in in a few places and so on.
I bought it from a fellow club member who has fitted a new rear hatch and passengers door and done a small bit of welding to it. It only passed it's mot yesterday and has a genuine 26k on the clock. The interior is immaculate. I'm chuffed with it.
Sorry about the rubbish pics, they were taken with my phone, I'll get some proper ones tomorrow.
Isn't it handy we all give our cars names so that when we're looking for stuff we make it easy for the FF search engine
There you go then, I knew it was on here somewhere. He felt so tight compared to Paddy who had over 50k on the clock. The colour though, eugh...

That works out at 1,642 miles a year.

I've just found this Forum and thought that I'd add a bit about my Panda. It's not the lowest mileage, but close.
It's a metallic grey (would now be called silver!) 1000S and was registered in February 1988, so is 19 years old this month. Current mileage is 29947. Its definitely genuine because I have owned it since new. That's 1576 miles per year. It all looks pretty good for its age. All year round garaging helps.
Has been a great car for us; I say us because it's the only car for a family of four. Obviously we don't need to drive every day. It's been all over Britain but never abroad. However of late the trips have become shorter but more frequent. I think that the average mileage is staying similar though.
