1. pub
2. start resoring BJ my 126 who has been waiting quietly since 2000
3. get the suspension off the cinq and get it blasted and painted
4. fit a 1242 punto engine into the 4x4 i know its been done whats involved?

silly really asking on here because i know you will all say number 4 and thats probably what i will do i want to keep it looking standard do you use the standard head or will the carb inlet manifold fit onto an injection head?

The lucky sod knows he got a bargin, I had to buy the house next door to put the Sisley in the garage and Heidi in the house. Then tell her she has a parking space for one car and I'm keeping the garage and access to it. Got to keep it in the family you know. No regrets got a great mate out of it and Linda has a new female friend to chat to at the Fiat meetings :worship:
What more can a man ask for:D

Nicely mended urchin. It`s as good as new. Anyway, I`m sorry you had to go thru all that...
But just to prove that things could have been worse, here`s a little story that took place in Split(on adriatic coast) :D
I`ll try to translate the article as best as I can:

Sunday(august 26th) evening round 7:45 PM an italian citizen Andrea Nebuloso (age 34) parked his FIAT Punto on dock 24 in Split ferry harbour. Upon returning he was unpleasently surprised - instead on parking space, he found his car in the see.
As it turns out, when italian citizen went to the nearby restaurant, an unknown male person, for reasons undetermined, probably thru an open window, released a handbrake and thus caused a car falling in to the see. This was confirmed by the Split police departmant.

Here are the pics of getting the car out of the see:
