Steady mate. He is looking for help. We all have a Fiat and know the reality. Stop being so sensitive and help the guy out so he has as good experience as you have.

On a positive point I would speak to Fiat direct before you do anything. They may offer a compromise???? Good luck

Why do people think they are entitled to anything jst because its the motor industry... If you get anything its a friendly 'goodwill' gesture,try getting that from british gas/electric or BT

No I love my car, its the fifth one I've had...just saying so close to the warranty expiring thats all .
