Degreaser could forwell have soaked the HT leads
meaning they were arc'ing out

They've dried out and there fine now
But next time they get wet - well it'll return

Checking the resistance of a HT ISN'T a its okay or not
its 1 factor

look at the shielding and connections
Alot wont fail on resistance, they break down on shielding and as a result you get a short to earth and the plug "misses"

For how cheap HT's are, i'd seriously put some in, piece of mind and all that

Ahhhhhhhh!! Today the car was horrible it was fully loaded with passengers very low power and for the first time I could see intense black smoke out of the exhaust . the most disappointed is engine mngt never illuninated indicating an error and when using my obd reader with alfa obd still no error found!
I think this suspects the ecu right?
Or can it be sensor wiring or other wiring problem ?
Knowing that the HT leads are new less than 6month but I will consider changing them with fiat original leads.

Sounds like you may have a blocked induction somewhere

So the ""power lack"" and misfires could forwell be coming from there

I removed the air filter and start the car for several seconds same thing black smoke (the black smoke can be see while gas acceleration only not seen on steady rpm speed)
Now the only thing I want to understand is why there isn't any error codes?

I disassemble the ecu looking for visual defects









I had some heatsink compound I put a very fine layer on the back of the aluminium part because the back if the ecu wasn't totally clean so I thought this will help to get rid of the heat better.

About a week ago I reinstalled the original ht leads (resistance between 500 to2k ohm) an from since all symptom disappeared except for a slightly black smoke when pressing on the gas pedal to the end
