Technical Loose Hose After Induction Kit Installation

Do i need to worry? And what is it? I remember taking it off the bottom of the old air box. The hose feed around to what seems the back of the TB. But it is sucking air in, enough so i can hear it over the engine noise.

As arc says, once you've removed the standard airbox the use for that hose has gone. Just block the pipe, on my SPI Sei someone had found a plastic cap of the right size to slip over the barb so I didn't even have a hose there.

as above, plug it, chances are your car isnt running too good as this open vac hose might affect the map sensor readings, check the condition of the other vac pipe to the map while you are at it

I know the basics of cars, where do i find this please, and what are the facts i am looking at to check the condition of it?

throw away or seal with tape as I did-have nothing to do with eng. management, it was connected somewhere to factory induction

If you have the pipe end showing, shove a bolt of appropriate size in it.
