Precisely

In common with most FIAT cars the OBD port is mounted alongside the fusebox

The fusebox is clearly visible in the photos

As you can see.. not many Idea owners posted service info

On a right hand drive Fiat Idea it's behind the passenger side shelf unit. You need to undo the 3 screws in the top part, open the passenger door and undo the screw bottom left hand side by door and then panel slides out towards the door (hence why door needs to be open).
